Curiosity, teamwork, and a passion for learning are at the heart of Karla Badillo’s journey at our Nuevo Laredo plant. After first joining ViskoTeepak as an intern, Karla quickly discovered an interest in the technical world of resins, product testing, and process improvement — and soon became an important part of the R&D team.
Today, she plays a key role in supporting development work, collaborating closely with production, technical support, and sales. Whether she’s testing materials in the lab or helping evaluate customer samples, Karla brings both precision and enthusiasm to her work. As she says, “I really enjoy learning — it keeps me inspired.”
