Manual peeler for cellulose casing

The ViskoTeepak manual peeler is designed to remove the casings from small quantities of hotdogs. It's practical when a new product is being developed or introduced. The maximum throughput is 300 kg per hour, depending on the caliber and length.

Small equipment that's easy to install

Because it's so compact — just 40 x 50 cm — the ViskoTeepak manual peeler needs only air pressure to run. As basic equipment, it works well with easy-to-peel products and installs quickly with a step-by-step method. It should be placed on a table, and a logical way of processing should be established individually at the site.
