Nova X
Nova X is a multi-layer casing designed for round products. The main applications of Nova X are cooked products (ham, sausages), liver sausage, ground beef, soy products, fresh products, as wells as certain cheese products.
As a multi-layer polyamide casing Nova X features high moisture and gas barriers. It gives excellent size control, and is easy to stuff also manually.

Storage
NOVA casings should be stored in a sealed plastic bag protected from dust, moisture and direct sunlight at 10-25°C/50-77°F.
Stuffing
By hand or machine
Dry or soaked. If soaked, keep the casing in cold (<25°C/77°F) water for at least 20 minutes and make sure the whole casing is soaked.
Stuff to RSD (recommended stuffing diameter)
Do not understuff.
