Nova XT
Nova XT is a special product with a different than usual orientation for easy tear. Thanks to its five layers, the casing also has good barrier properties. Developed for easy peeling, Nova XT tears like a banana – especially uncooked. The shrinkage of this plastic casing is 10% in both directions.

Storage
NOVA casings should be stored in a sealed plastic bag protected from dust, moisture and direct sunlight at 10-25°C/50-77°F.
Stuffing
By hand or machine
Dry or soaked. If soaked, keep the casing in cold (<25°C/77°F) water for at least 20 minutes and make sure the whole casing is soaked.
Stuff to RSD (recommended stuffing diameter)
Do not understuff.
